Very cute book! May 2, 2010 S. Hohlen (Lincoln NE USA) Dr. Suess is great and this is a great version of this book. My two-year old still has to have board books and loves this one about teeth!!
Not the best... November 3, 2009 Mary Renouard We love The Eye Book and The Ear Book, but this one is not the same quality of writing (in my opinion). It's okay, but I think there are better books out there that cover the topic of teeth.
Not as Good as Seuss's Own Illustrated Works June 3, 2009 Shanna A. Gonzalez (Gaithersburg, MD) This book is a brief and playful introduction to the different kinds of teeth that are found in the world -- reminiscent of The Foot Book but not as good. The text is by Dr. Seuss and illustrations by Joe Mathieu; while children might enjoy it, it's not nearly in the leage of some of Seuss's best work, although it does include wordplay and the wonderful rhythmic text he is known for. It is disconcerting to hear Seussical rhyme with illustrations that are so different from his, and the effect is a little incoherent -- not quite hitting the mark.
The Tooth Book by Dr. Seuss May 15, 2009 S. Wheeler I am a dental hygienist and I would use this in a teaching presentation. It would be fun for all children and most adults!
Dr. Suess purchase April 7, 2009 V. Qualls (Illinois) I was very pleased with the quality of the book and the time in which I received the book.
